Ordering & Customization
1. How can I customize my packaging boxes?
You can customize your packaging boxes by providing your logo design, choosing materials (rigid paper, kraft paper, corrugated cardboard), selecting box type (rigid box, foldable box, drawer box), and specifying exact dimensions. Our design team will create a dieline and digital mockup for your approval before production begins.
2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom boxes?
Our standard MOQ varies by box type: rigid boxes typically require 500 pieces minimum, while foldable boxes can start from 1000 pieces. For very small quantities, please contact us — we may accommodate your needs with adjusted pricing.
3. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes! We offer two sample options: (1) Free stock samples — you only pay for shipping. (2) Custom printed samples with your logo — a sampling fee of $50–150 applies depending on complexity, with 3–5 business days production time.
4. What file formats do you accept for logo and artwork?
We accept AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, CDR, and high-resolution PNG/JPG files. Vector formats (AI, EPS, CDR) are strongly preferred for the best printing quality. Our design team can also assist with optimizing your artwork for production.
5. How long does custom packaging production take?
After sample approval, bulk production typically takes 15–25 business days depending on order quantity and complexity. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — please discuss your timeline with our team.
6. Can you help with packaging design if I don’t have artwork?
Absolutely! Our in-house design team can create custom packaging designs based on your brand guidelines, product requirements, and preferences. Design services are available at competitive rates, and we provide multiple design concepts for you to choose from.
Materials & Quality
7. What materials are available for custom packaging boxes?
We offer a wide range of materials including: rigid greyboard (2–3mm thickness), corrugated cardboard (various flute types), kraft paper, coated art paper, specialty papers (textured, metallic, pearlescent), and eco-friendly options. Each material can be customized with various finishes.
8. Are your packaging materials eco-friendly and sustainable?
Yes, sustainability is a priority. We offer FSC-certified paper, 100% recyclable kraft materials, biodegradable lamination alternatives, and soy-based inks. Let us know your sustainability goals and we’ll recommend the best eco-friendly options.
9. What is the difference between rigid boxes and folding boxes?
Rigid boxes: Made of thick greyboard (2–3mm), pre-assembled and non-collapsible. Premium feel, ideal for luxury items, jewelry, and gift packaging. Higher shipping cost due to volume. Folding boxes: Made of thinner cardboard, shipped flat and assembled by the customer. More cost-effective for shipping and storage. Ideal for retail packaging, subscription boxes, and e-commerce.
10. How do you ensure product quality?
We follow a strict 3-step quality control process: (1) Pre-production sample approval — you confirm the sample before bulk production. (2) In-production random inspection — our QC team checks at 30%, 60%, and 100% completion stages. (3) Pre-shipment final inspection with detailed photo report. Third-party inspection services (SGS, BV) are also available upon request.
11. What printing and finishing options do you offer?
We provide: CMYK offset printing, foil stamping (gold, silver, rose gold, holographic), embossing/debossing, spot UV coating, matte/gloss lamination, soft-touch finish, die-cutting, window patching, and magnetic closure. Custom combinations are available.
Shipping & Payment
12. Which shipping methods do you support?
We offer air freight (5–10 days), sea freight (20–40 days), and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS — 3–7 days). Depending on your preference, we can arrange door-to-door delivery (DDP) or ship to your freight forwarder (FOB/CIF).
13. How long does shipping take to my country?
USA/Canada: Air 7–10 days, Sea 25–35 days. Europe (UK, Germany, France): Air 7–12 days, Sea 30–40 days. Australia: Air 7–10 days, Sea 20–30 days. Middle East: Air 5–8 days, Sea 20–30 days. These are estimated times — customs clearance may add 1–3 days.
14. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% before shipment), PayPal, Western Union, and Letter of Credit (L/C) for orders over $10,000. Trade Assurance via Alibaba is also available for added buyer protection.
15. Do you provide door-to-door shipping (DDP)?
Yes, we can arrange DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping to your door, including customs clearance, duties, and taxes. This is the most convenient option — you receive the goods at your address with no additional paperwork.
After-Sales Service
16. What is your quality guarantee and return policy?
If quality issues arise from our production error, we will remake or refund the affected portion of your order. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving goods with clear photo evidence. We stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture.
17. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we provide a tracking number and carrier link (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or sea freight container number). You can track progress online or contact our customer service team for real-time updates at any time.
18. What should I do if I receive damaged products?
Immediately photograph the damaged items and packaging upon delivery. Send the photos to our customer service team within 7 days. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund based on our assessment. We pack with protective materials, but transit damage can occasionally occur.

19. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer — not a middleman. Our factory is located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, with over 20 years of custom packaging production experience. This means you get factory-direct pricing and direct quality control.
20. What certifications do you hold?
Our certifications include: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), FSC (Forest Stewardship Council — sustainable paper sourcing), SGS material testing reports, and Disney FAMA (Factory and Merchandise Authorization). All certificates available upon request.
21. Can I visit your factory?
We warmly welcome factory visits! Our factory is in Cangnan County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. We can arrange airport pickup from Wenzhou Longwan International Airport (WNZ) and hotel recommendations. Please contact us at least one week in advance to schedule your visit.
